MARQUE OF THE MACHINE by Kurt R. Hohl

MARQUE OF THE MACHINE by KURT HOHL

I actually still had some work to do, but the mailman delivered the book *MARQUE OF THE MACHINE*.                      I immediately immersed myself in its more than 330 pages—a mammoth work on American emblems from 1907 to 1941.
Kurt Hohl worked on this book for years. The result is by far the most in-depth book on American radiator emblems. It’s illustrated with magnificent photos by professional photographer Michael Furman. Of course, the book isn’t cheap, but it’s worth every dollar.      Just order it at:  Coachbuiltpress.com

I can really recommend it !

About 550 American brands are reviewed, including quite a few extremely obscure manufacturers.

Also, if you want to learn how to tell original emblems apart from reproductions, this book is the best guide available so far.

Finally, the article also discusses various sources where you can find information about historical car emblems. What do you want more?
