The MASON ROAD KING SPEED TRUCK has nothing to do with MASON Motor Company / Waterloo / Iowa as I first thought. It was a very short lived company ( 1922 - 1925 ).
The Road King was William Crapo Durants entry into the 1 - 1 1/2-ton truck market. With that he completed his offer of trucks. Smaller truck were sold under the name STAR ( see here ).
