The DIANA Motor Company was a subsidiary of MOON MOTOR CAR COMPANY. DIANA MOTOR Company operated in the luxury segment of the American automotive market. The brand was founded specifically to serve the high-end market segment, which did not seem possible with the mid-range brand MOON.
Accordingly, this vehicle was also equipped ex works with an exclusive hood ornament and an elaborately designed, two-piece emblem.
It is unclear how many vehicles were built during the company's three years of existence, but there weren't very many.
Nevertheless, original DIANA MOON emblems keep appearing on the market.

There are two original versions: one with the letters MFD BY MOON MOTORS and the other without. I´m showing both: above the emblem without the words MFD BY MOON MOTORS The MOON Motor Co. also tried to sell automobiles to Germany. Here the only advertisement I could find published in Motor Magazine / Braunbeck in 1928: In 1927, the DIANA MOON car was also featured in a major German newspaper (fourth row, left): In 1929, the vehicle was rebranded by the MOON Motor Company, now as the WINDSOR “White Prince”.
