EMILE PILAIN / LEVALLOIS / FRANCE ( 1930 - 1931 )
Mr. Emile PILAIN, the man who constructed the first ROLLAND - PILAIN, offered - at his own risk - a small car with a 4-cylinder engine in 1930. The factory was near Paris. Only few cars were built so you have to look years for this winged emblem.
In 1931 the production was stopped. About 150 cars were built only.
