The GUILDER was a development  of the GOODWIN truck in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
The GUILDER appeared  as a make on its on right in 1924 using Hercules, Buda and Continental engines.
Later they specialized in three axles trucks especially for FORD, INTERNATIONAL and AUTOCAR.
Production was never high and they closed in 1936 so you have to look years for this emblem.
