The Italian SAN GIORGIO company produced British NAPIER cars under licence and under the supervision of Arthur McDonald, a NAPIER racing pilot.
Three models of six-cylinder cars were made with 25hp, 40hp or 60hp.
Bodies came from a factory at Pistoia / Italy, built under licence from Kellner of Paris.
It was a short lived company ( 1905 - 1909 ).
