The ROCK FALLS Manufacturing Company of Sterling / Illinois was founded in 1878. They were specialized in the funeral industry. In 1919 they decided to build private cars for live passengers. It was an assembled car using a Buda six - cylinder engine. They had a yearly production of 50 cars. Car production ceased in 1925 so it is a hard to find emblem.
