BAYLISS THOMAS radiator emblem |
In 1919 the British Excelsior Motor Co. Ltd. made an experimental 3-wheel car with an air cooled engine, that never went into production. In 1920 they started with an conventional assembled car under the name BAYLISS - THOMAS because there was already a Belgian make of car Excelsior.
The total production was about 1,000 cars so the emblem is extremly rare.
Pay attention there is a repro with a flat reverse.
