LOCOMOBILE / USA

The LOCOMOBILE Company of America started car production at Watertown / Massachusetts in 1900. In 1922 the company was bought by William C. Durant to offer a luxurious automobile in his automobile empire.  The new type 88 for 1929 with Lycoming engine was officially announced  as the first Locomobile ever to wear a crest !
