This light car was built in Northern Italy in Torino from 1911 to 1913.
It had a small 12-HP engine. In 1913 the company was bought by Newton & Bennett of Manchester.
They offered this car car under the name NB. The next owner was John Newton who bought the factory in 1914 and continued as JOHN NEWTON FABRICCA DI AUTOMOBILI still using the 12-HP engine. Its production ceased in 1915.
